Cheryl Jones, M.Ed., has spent over four decades helping individuals and organizations cultivate healthier, more mindful ways of working and living. With a deep passion for guiding both individuals and teams to thrive, her work centers on integrating mindfulness into daily life, fostering resilience, and aligning well-being with purpose and values.

Holding a master’s degree in allied health and exercise science from the University of Connecticut and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cheryl blends science and spirituality in a uniquely holistic approach. As former Director of Mindfulness at Aetna, she co-developed the groundbreaking Healthy Lifestyle Coaching program, which reached millions of people nationwide. Her career has included working with extraordinary individuals, including Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Caroline Kennedy.

Named one of the 12 Most Powerful Women of the Mindfulness Movement by Mindful magazine and recipient of the Norman Vincent Peale Award for humanitarian contributions, Cheryl is widely recognized as a thought leader in the field of well-being. Today, she continues her mission as an author, podcast host, and sought-after speaker—committed to helping others live and lead with clarity, courage, and compassion.
