Sitting Meditation

Tune into breathing and discover how to be awake and aware in the present moment. Work with stressful thoughts and feelings skillfully. Strengthen focus. Build resilience. Improve cognitive function. We sit in chairs, not on the floor cross-legged.

Body Check-In

Befriend your body and learn how to manage musculoskeletal pain with greater ease. This class is also helpful for busy people and caregivers seeking a restorative, relaxation experience. We’ll be lying down so please bring an exercise mat.

Mindful Movement

Develop moment-to-moment awareness through gentle movements that every body can do. Honor the capabilities of the body as they are now. Strengthen muscles and bones. Increase range of motion. Train your body to relax.

One-to-One

Stress is most often the barrier to you making the healthy changes that matter most. Reducing your stress levels is what we’ll tackle first! I’ll help you cultivate mindfulness attitudes and create a mindset that will empower you to improve self-care and overall well-being. Whatever you are managing, right here right now, you can begin again. In-person and virtual sessions available.

Single session, $95. | Three-session bundle, $270.

Virtual Group

Empower yourself to make the healthy changes that you care most about—things like losing weight, communicating better, or gaining mental clarity. Benefit from camaraderie of a small group that will meet over four consecutive weeks. Leave with a personal roadmap to greater whole person wellness and celebrate your progress along the way. Sessions begin Monday, October 21 at 4pm ET.
